Once you get to The Penthouse, prepare for a treat. Head to the top floor of the apartment and into the hallway, and you will find yourself welcomed by snug underfloor heating. Wander through to the large open plan living area, which boasts generous seating, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up a romantic meal for two. From here, French doors open onto a balcony which will allow you to fully appreciate the fabulous views across the River Deben. Sit back and watch the unique Tide Mill – a nostalgic working mill whose water wheel still turns and is capable of grinding wholemeal flour.

Head back inside your retreat, and you can cosy up in front of the smart TV and flame effect fire, on one of the apartment’s comfy sofas. The Penthouse’s plush master bedroom offers a generous king size bed, and a large built in wardrobe. From here, you can wander through to a spacious modern bathroom.
