Stour Barn is a beautifully designed Suffolk hot tub cottage with vaulted ceilings, massive oak beams and wood flooring. With its eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishing, this single storey barn offers a perfect hot tub break for two in a very relaxed setting just outside the little Suffolk village of Stonham Aspal. And it’s pet friendly too!

Stour Barn is named after the River Stour which winds its way through the nearby Suffolk villages down to the sea. This traditional style Suffolk barn with black weatherboarding features massive oak trusses, beams and oak flooring.

You’ll feel right at home from the moment you walk into this romantic hot tub cottage for two. The farmhouse style kitchen has a comfortable sofa and pretty antique farm table next to the stable door entrance, and is well laid out with ample work surface, a kitchen Range cooker, Belfast sink, microwave and fridge. The room has a high vaulted ceiling with impressive oak beams and trusses giving it a spacious atmosphere which is beautifully lit up in the evening by the ‘clear-view’ log burning fire.

Like all the cottages at Woodfarm Barns there is a TV/DVD/CD player and ipod docking station and bicycles are provided. The kitchen area leads through to a cosy ensuite bedroom with a brass bed and high vaulted and beamed ceiling, the bathroom has a good sized shower. There is a separate barn for laundry facilities.

Outside is the sheltered and private super large hot tub - a perfect way to end the day at your cottage.

Stour Barn is one of five barns which nestle into the mature trees around the pond and water feature to create a peaceful little environment to relax in. Each Barn has its own enclosed garden area with a patio and seating for eating outside and there is a lovely communal decked area overlooking the pond for when you feel sociable or just want to enjoy the sunset.

There are lovely walks and cycling straight from the Barns and the pretty Suffolk Coast is just 30 minutes away. There is ample off road parking, and pets are accepted.
