If golf is your thing, try out the courses at Dale Hill and Lamberhurst. And if you’d rather check out a bit of English history, head to local National Trust hotspots such as Bodiam and Scotney Castles and standout gardens of Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Great Dixter.
For the adventurous there is a Go Ape site in Bedgebury Pinetum – and this is also a great spot to head if you hope to catch some cycling or walks through the ancient pines.
